These terms apply when you use the RevDrop Clothing & Accessories online store or purchase products from us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms together with any policies linked on our website.

Products and availability

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colours, images and pricing accurately. Screen settings, production methods and handmade or print variations can cause small differences. Products, variants and availability may change without notice.

Orders

An order is subject to acceptance and successful payment. We may contact you if information is incomplete, a product is unavailable or an order requires clarification. We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order where reasonably necessary, including suspected fraud, pricing errors or inability to supply the product, and any payment received for a cancelled order will be handled appropriately.

Made-to-order products

Many RevDrop products are produced to order. Please review product details, sizing, colours, personalisation and delivery information carefully before purchasing. Estimated production time is generally 2–3 weeks before dispatch unless a product page states otherwise. Carrier delivery time begins after dispatch, and current delivery options are shown at checkout.

Pricing and payment

Prices and available payment methods are shown on the website and at checkout. Any applicable shipping charges are shown before you complete payment.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, RevDrop branding, original graphics, photographs, website content and other original materials on this site are owned by or licensed to RevDrop and may not be copied, reproduced or commercially used without permission.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with store operation, submit fraudulent information or use the site for unlawful purposes.

Third-party services

Our store may rely on or link to third-party services such as Shopify, payment providers, fulfilment partners, social platforms and carriers. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply when you use those services.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on the website at the time of use or purchase will apply, subject to applicable law.
