Shipping & Delivery

Most RevDrop apparel and merchandise is produced or prepared to order. Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for production before dispatch. Production time is separate from the carrier delivery time shown at checkout.

Delivery after dispatch

Standard Tracked delivery generally takes 2–8 business days after dispatch. Express delivery also begins after dispatch; the available service and price are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Order processing

Production times can vary depending on the product, size, colour, availability and current order volume. Some orders containing different product types may be produced or shipped separately and can arrive in more than one parcel.

Shipping rates

Available delivery methods and shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be sent to the contact details provided with your order once the parcel has been dispatched.

Delays

Carrier delays, severe weather, public holidays, remote delivery locations and other circumstances outside our control can affect delivery times. If your order is taking longer than expected, email revdrop@hotmail.com with your order number and we will help investigate.

Delivery address

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after production or dispatch has begun.

International orders

If international delivery is available at checkout, the customer may be responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs charges imposed by the destination country.
